Poonam is a seasoned Clinical Research professional with 20 years of experience in pharma, biotech, and CROs, leading global trials across Phases I–IV in areas such as mRNA vaccines, oncology, neuroscience, and rare diseases.

Starting in clinical data management, she progressed into leadership roles in Clinical Operations, including Expanded Access Programs, Investigator Sponsored Studies, next-gen COVID mRNA and Translational Medicine trials. She reinforced her scientific expertise with Harvard Medical School extension courses in Immunology and Drug Development.
